Title: 1537 issue Analogs and RT LT not working

Hello guys, i have a 15376 controller in my shop, when any button the analogs point down and little bit to right and RT LT wont work, last week i take one with the same problem and in that case was a short in C20, but in this controller i cant find anything.
anyone have some tips?
