This controller go on and work with usb and battery, but don't charge it, and i  believe that the problem is the fault of these components that seem blackened.

This problem can be caused by tc7736ftg(power ic) or mcu damage.

those resistors on the front are for USB detection (3 ressitors together) they convert 5v to 2~3v for usb detection, rest of it, i don't think so, your problem must be else where,but i suggest you to use power bank 5v charge board, its tiny and fits inside your controller, you give it direct 5v and it charges your battery instead of PIMC

the board had an almost detached resistance and I re-soldered it but the light flashed fast (but does not charge), first as an error it would light up slowly and then turn off the orange light, the controller itself has always worked but to play wireless it needs to change the battery with one charge.

p.s, when he tries to caroc himself he makes a hiss
