Title: Fixing MCU boards with no power on 1708 controllers

Hello,

I have a couple of 1708 MCU boards (the top ones) that when connected to healthy button/power boards don't have any power at all (USB or batteries). Can you please send me in the right direction on how to identify and fix the problems?
