Title: 055 analog hard drift left, won't go to the right.

Hello. I got this 055 that's drifting a lot to the left and won't go to the right. Replaced the sticks a few times and still the same issue. Tester:(https://i.imgur.com/6K7s6ie.gif)

You'll need to tweak that POT manually first to get the thing closer to center. Then if it's still all jittery like that toss a 100nF cap between any 2 pins of the POT to see if that knocks that down any, but it needs to be tweaked closer to what it thinks center is first.

The problem is that it straight up doesn't detect the analog going right. It works vertically but doesn't have any movement horizontally

Then make sure the RSX trace isn't damaged. If the plating was torn out of the hole there for the RSX line it would solder on the bottom, but the trace is on the top, so it would look connected and you'd get voltage measurements, but really the RSX line would just be floating, which could explain the jitter also.
