hi i upload a picture of the values in impedance taken front a good controller  i need help to fix the dead controller

That might be easy for you to read there, but it is not for anyone else. Impedance measurements are for AC circuits. Resistance measurements are more DC as well as AC. Even more useful would be some Voltage measurements with the USB cable plugged into just the top board. Then start comparing the good one to the bad one and see what is different.

You have the bad board there, and a good board, why are you not comparing them? Also, testing values in circuit will not always give an accurate measurement, but if it is way off from a good board then it and everything that connects to it should be checked.

thank you for schematics very helpfull i have a question why when i search a component like Q8 in the schematic i cant find anything

Because you are not searching with your eyes. ;) It is not a completed nor a searchable schematic, but Q8 is in there. It's probably a FET versus a Transistor like I have it in there.
