Title: Controller plate ps4 jdm055

Good afternoon, any of you have reballed a jdm055 board. I have already removed the cpu and the holes are on the same board, it is like that, the ic only has a metal plate. If you have a photo of the plate pack or I would appreciate it. Thank you so much.

That is a VTLA package, not BGA, there is nothing to reball there, or on that entire board.
