Title: Jdm 040 blinking fast orange without battery

The problem is same of the my jdm 050, but it is in jdm 040,

With the battery disconnected, this control does the same thing

then the problem is back... it flashes quickly when I connect it without the battery attached and then it turns off, the voltage isn't reaching it because I checked the battery connector, it fluctuates around 3v and then shows 0v
