It would work, but I wouldn't do it that way as you bypass the common mode choke and fusible resistor.

When desoldering a broken micro USB port, I accidentally ripped the nearby traces for it (Vcc, D-, D+ and GND). Is it valid to get each of those from J1/J5 and wire directly to the new port?

Hi i have a controller where i tried to fix drift by soldering new Hall sensor sticks, for some reason it works fine when i connect it to my pc with the cable, but when i connect it with bluetooth for some reason the touchpad triggers the share button and the left stick doesn't go down, Y axis works only with positive values otherwise it goes only to -1. This only happens with a bluetooth connection, if connect it by usb it works fine. Any help is appreciated because i have no clue what could be happening.

C74 and C81 are decoupling caps on the 3.3v rail, values are not critical, anything from 1nF to 100nF would be fine there.
