No idea on the exact specs, but the FB1 is just a Ferrite Bead, you can jumper wire that one. The C29 is on the SDA line, so it's going to be a low pF value. The 1708 has a 47pF on there.

Check R4 on the controller board and see if it has gone open. If it has gone open, replace it with a 0.1ohm or just move the wires down to the AA spots instead.

For the googlers in the future I ended up making my own custom USB cable with pins to charge it via the EXT port. This cable broke a few days ago so today I decided to come up with a better solution so I soldered wires from the EXT port pins to the USB ribbon cable connector that connects to the USB port.

This works and it now charges via the USB port. Sorry for necroposting mods but I thought I needed to share my solution.

i also had the same problem when try to replace my 1914 analog with hall sensor, i can only find one successfull xbox analog hall replacement video, but its for xbox early version (1537 maybe?)

Any know how to install a fresh hard drive on XBOX One s series. I have one missing hard. It takes small nvram. I know previously we were able to format and install the drives. But this one is not working.
