And once again Sony is sued due to it's lack of care for it's customers, but this time it comes from the Canadian lawyers...

The Canadian law firm based out of Toronto Ontario, McPhadden Samac Tuovi, has filed a class action lawsuit against Sony claiming damages of over $1 billion for breach of consumer privacy due to Sony's recent security fiasco on the PlayStation Network and Qriocity. They are also asking for Sony to foot the bill for two years of credit monitoring and fraud insurance for approximately 1 million PSN and Qriocity users in Canada....
