u know what i just read
that u can get a 40 gig ps3 with spiderman and all the normal fixins like a controler
for the same price as a 20 gig halo 3 edition xbox 360..

the new 40 gig is not backwards compatible unlike the 20 , 60 and i think the 80.. not sure on the 80 tho

and im pritty sure that yall know that they only make a 40 gig ps3 now

In EU, only 40Gb is made, in US 40Gb and 80Gb are made, in Japan, 20Gb, 40Gb 60Gb and 80Gb are all made.

No both 60 and 20 are being discontinued. There have been rumours floating about 60 being brought back but thats all.

in the uk the 60gig is still for sale everywere though i think not for long as 40 gig is more advertised with bundles etc and some shops foget about 60gig

when my dad saw the ps3 after i took it outa the box
he said whats the diff from this one and the other
i said mem storage wifi and the chrome part
i said man it looks so good with the chrome
he laughs and says yea it better look better than the cheaper one when i dish out more money lol

The 40Gb has no PS2 Backwards compatibility at all, and the 80Gb doesnt do it well (Software not hardware)

40Gb has no Memory Card Reader, and only 2 USB Ports, but still has wifi.

from my friend that lives in france he said that they only carry 40 and 60 gig models no 20s or 80s

the 60 and 80 both have memory card slots... MS/SD/CF... the 20 and 40 don't have them... and the 40 lost 2 USB ports...
