hi im on about doing the normal trigger mod have i got to use a resister for this i have the 0603 leds that are blue and have look at other threads and some say you need one and some say you dont if i do what kind of resister do i need cos in my tool box i have about 10 diffrent one

a resistor is still recommended even with blue so theres no risk of them blowing out and a 10 ohm resistor may do just fine

there different kinds if you don't know use your multimeter to test the resists in ohms

what really matters is to get a 10 ohm resistor which you can test with you multimeter if you have one

you would really needed to wait since you have blue you can just wire it and when you buy a multimeter remember to get a digital not an analog

well i live just down the road from a maplins shop ill go and get one which one is the best one for this

you probably put the multimeter to 2k ohms your resistor is higher resistants
