can someone help me broke psp

my psp won't turn on it just blinks the green led light

how do i fix it i was thinking i have to replace the mobo but don't know if i can buy just any kind because i have a TA-086 MOBO

have you every tried messing with the software

possibilities
-brick (software)
-short
-dead pb


have you tried turning it on w/o the battery or the charger plugged it

not a brick i tried using pandora and it does nothing and it isn't a short because it isn't modded

but it might be the powerboard

lol you hear of this happening heaps round these forums. Could it be a blown fuse because my ps2 does the same thing and i blew one of its surface mount fuses :dntknw:
