PSP Power on Led UPDATED 3/16/08
« on: March 10, 2008, 08:30:31 PM »
I Was Doing led swaps in my psp slim and i did the memory stick than the wifi led those work but then i came across a problem with the power on and charging led it it does`nt  turn on so i look at the pic the pic that lordnico took here it is:

is it because the led needs 3.6v to run and the current on the powerboard is 2v.

yeah that would be a problem if a foward voltage is 3.6 volts and your only supplying 2.5.  :dntknw:

is there anything else i could do bridge a resistor or someting ? im guessing the leds i have right now are 3.6v  they dont work with the powerboard but they work with the memory and wifi and do they they have leds that would work with low current?

maybe you wired up your leds wrong. the negative and positive. where you see the A. is the positive side not the negative. so where it says green led - its actually the +.
