Fastest AGP Graphics Card?
« on: May 17, 2008, 09:34:26 PM »
I've got three or so months to my birthday and I've got $130. I'm going to get a new computer for my birthday but in the mean time I want to upgrade my PC's GPU, too bad my motherboard only use's AGP and PCI and not PCI-E. So I'm looking for a good AGP card that I can buy, I'm currently thinking of buying the x1650 Pro ICEQ for $125 but I want to know what you guys think

wait three months for the new pc and then buy a good PCIe card

To all of you crying about lag and kicks, remember… when Jesus died, took him 3 days to respawn. Now THAT is lag.

I agree, the best AGP cards can't keep up with an 80 dollar card

Wait to get a new PC, the only good AGP card is a 7900, and they're not that great. Don't even think about getting a 2600 or 2900 from ATI, they're really unstable and you will have a whole bunch of driver issues.
