do i need a resitor for different color leds?

i put some red leds on my psp and now i wanna put some blue leds so i was just wondering do u need a resistor or anything else?
o and what type of cable do i need cuz when i got the cable for the red leds it just came with the leds so i need 2 know the specs of the cable

You don't need another resistor and the wire is 30 awg kynar wire.

hobby shop maybe radio shack but i dont think so i think it is mostlt used in model trains or i read that somewhere

You may need to change the resistors if the LED's you are using take more power than the other ones, though this shouldn't be a problem I'm still stating it for the record

vox you had 420 posts haha blue leds do emit more lumen's or whatever they are brighter and more visible than red so they will be bright even i f they are the same leds just different colorsi wouldnt worry about it at all well i would worry about it but i dont know where you are putting them  and i have been playing with tricolor leds and color blending just cause :eyebrow: thats how i roll

They don't take much more power, like .1 more. That is why I was stating it for the record. Nothing to worry about as I stated before. Have you started modding?
