slingbox for psp?/ how bout fring?

Im new to using custom firmwares, and i searched the site b4 asking this question..
Is there a way to make the slingbox program work on psp like with custom firmware?  It works with a lot of cell phones, so i thought maybe its possible...

fring wont work there is no hombrew version running same protocalls as the pc version. sling box i was looking into that and it streams video to a web page and cellphones can run live java aps and stuff thats how it works psp cant atm but with some tweaks to the location free player i think it would be posible
