if you press F8 just before the windows screen and boot into safe mode can you go on the "other" admin account?

If you know where the hash is kept, you can boot into Linux and find it...
Or you can just google ways to reset the password...you can do it through CMD prompt.

ok dude go to www.offensive-security.org then go to videos and see the one that says owning vista.... it will help...but you will still need to get a linuc cd...(get backtrack-the best for such things)
