Or as modded matt said you could buy one from the acid mods shop (cheap compared to ebay).

or you can program your own  with a max fire rate of 8 pluses==ox3f-ox3c

or you can tune a 555 chip.

thats three main ways look around the site on 360 rapid fire controllers, first page is a 555 tut, and on second page there is talk of the 4 mode, for cod 5
