Robin I r sorrieez.
I know one way without having to open up the controller. You have to get an XFPS 360 which lets you connect ps2 controllers to your xbox 360http://www.engadget.com/2006/11/22/connect-your-ps2-controllers-to-your-xbox-360/and then you get an xbox to ps2 adaptor http://www.gamersection.ca/product_info.php?cPath=26&products_id=193and BOOM you have an xbox -> xbox 360 adaptor.
if you do all that, and buy all those, it might just be worth it to buy new controllers on amazon.com straight from Microsoft for like $33.
yeah so? He asked how for an orig xbox adaptor and I gave him one. He didn't ask what was the best course of action.
You could just mod the orig con into a usb controller and probably use it. It might work, I can test my own tomorrow.(FYI to do so, just splice a usb cable and the controller cable and solder the wires based on color [white to white, red to red, black to black, grn to grn] and don't use the yellow on the orig con)
Doesn't seem to work.
