Adapter Question?

Ok guys i have a AC Adaptor.
Input: 120VAC 60 Hz 9W
Output: 4.5VDC 550mA

Now it doesnt have the right plug for my psp but i have a car charger and i want to take the end of that and place it on this but the question is the voltage compatible with my psp cuz is 550mA to much. I believe it has to be close 2.0. Not sure but I need help if there is a way to convert some how.

well I'm looking at my charger that came with my psp and it is 2000mA. Output needs to be 5 volts I think though.

Yea i kno it has to be 5v and wow 2000mA dang is taht same as 2.0 cuz i can ue my dads camera charger on my psp.

Im not sure if they are the same. I'm not an expert. I use my moms camera charger sometimes when I don't have mine. Its from a kodak easyshare camera.

2000 mah is the same as 2.0 amps, yes.

oh ok i dnt know not much bout amps and yea still learning. So its not possible to make those hight if i have 550mA.
