:LED: Problem
« on: November 06, 2008, 03:05:04 AM »
I have a problem with my PSP, over a year my PSP still not bringing up some lights on my Power LED. I thought just to change the LED and still didn't work out. Do I have to buy a new Power Board or the plex? or somethings wrong with my motherboard?

Well...does your PSP turn on? That would be your indication of whether you need a new power board or not....

Did you ever checked the resistors to the LED's right on the power board. Perhaps try to bridge the resistors and see what happeneds.

check with a multimeter across the led see if there is a 3.6v. If not you could bridge the resistor but it will put 5v to the power led.

which means that there is a problem with the power board itself not in the motherboard. Do I Have to buy a new one?  :dntknw:
