Does the size of your HDD determine what resolution and what color quality your computer displays? I have a HP 533w, yes i know old some of you might say, but hey its still good. It has a Maxtor 4.3 GB HDD, thats the only hardware that was changed. Anyone have an idea?

No...how on earth could the hdd affect the SCREEN.

bad install of windows possibly?


But never mind, I updated the drivers for my graphics and audio card, now on 32 bit. and 1600 x 1200.
