I Relly help with my ds lite

ok i have a ds lite and i had it only about 2 years and it never had a prolbem with it be for
untill i was playing my ds and the red power light came on. normal right ? so i go to get my
power coard and i plug it in my ds and the orange light comes on and then turns off in about
a minute or two. so then i unpluge my ds and pluge it back in and it will charge again but the
longer it charges the faster the light turns off and i unpluge my ds and pluge it back in and it
gos off again. aauuggh!!! god f#@% D@%$# on a
But The only Prolbem I See About A Year Ago It Got Wet And It Never Had A Prolbem But When
My DS Got Wet It Still Worked And Still Was On. so im not saying the water was the prolbem
becouse it is only a varible os i dont konw but i think i need a new battery or what.
but i think its the umh ???? i dont know

yeah from my experience that sounds like a battery issue

for the ac power to work, the battery has to be in
