http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ny9D6BDD4C4#ws-lq-lq2-hq-hdi only used 1 resistor and instead of a second 1 i used a potentiometer so i can adjust the fire rate for WaW , the potentiometer connects from 6 -> 7
m going to put it like this eg. 1-2 which means pin 1 goes to pin 2 ok:
wire leading off 1
wire leading off 8
2-6
4-8
resistor from 8-7
then another from 7-6
negetive side of copasitor goes to 1
positive side goes to 6
then have a wire leading off 3
solder 1 to ground 8 to switch toher side of switch to positive
and 3 goes to middle trigger pin
that is the basic setup for the 555 timer , but every time i use that setup ... my automatic guns nvr stop shooting idk why ....so i changed the setup and did
pin 1 to ground. pin 8 to possitive. and pin 3 to switch, tehn other side of switch goes to the center trigger point.
the mod works now but when i try to adjust it with the potentiometer it doesnt slow it down ... and sometimes it just does single shots im so frustrated
