PS3 on PC!!!!!! HELP

I was wondering if i bought a video input card PCI or TV tuner Card PCI would I be able to hook my ps3 to my pc and play the games through the monitor and the speakers?????? Someone please help!!!! My PC is a DELL XPS 420 if that matters.

Just get a converter for your PS3 video cable to convert it to whatever signal your monitor uses (Probably DVI) and just plug it into the monitor. Playing through a computer sucks and that's not what those cards are for.

I agree that the cable straight to the monitor would be better the only only problem is that there will not be any sound and that is a big issue....

I have a logitech adapter. All it does is take the red and white sound connections and turns them into 7.1 computer speaker connections. It works great and I highly recomend it! Maybee you should also do what I did and make the investment to buy the vga cable so that you can have a 1080p picture on your computer screen.
