yer mine kept doin that try with the umd drive plugged back in. if that don't work i honestly think you should try updating using dc8 its worked every time with me even with messed up motherboards
If it goes to 98% and dies every single time, then obviously it's the Nand.Then that just means that your NAND was corrupted. If the PSP was dropped, submerged in water, or sustained any other physical damage, it could physically damage the NAND. No matter how many times you reflash, a physically damaged NAND won't be fixed.
