this has always been against the rules. except for in BTS.. the only reason it is coming up now is because though it may have been against the rules before, it still happened., and since we installed the auto merge mod to the site, you must now wait 48hrs to do so. still against the rules, but uhh....we call these loop holes. (did i say that??)  patiance is a vertue.

bumping your topic was allowed as long as you were posting relevant information (say for worklogs) but double posting was never allowed.
