Ingredients
65g [2.5oz] butter
175g [6 oz] caster sugar
65g [2.5oz] self raising flour
15g [0.5 oz] cocoa
50g [2oz] plain chocolate drops
2 eggs [size 3]
0.5 tsp vanilla essence
Melt butter stir in sugar, beat remaining ingredients in and pour to a greased lined tin 8”sq shallow tin
To cook
Bake in oven at 180ºC 3500 gas 4 for 40 mins or till risen and firm. Cool then cut into squares
