Help with monitors

Okay I can get a bunch of flatscreens of around 17-19" range for fairly cheap.   I have seen it where somebody had a racing setup with like 3 monitors attached to the xbox 360.  What I want to know is HOW he did it and can it be done with 6 monitors? 
Any help is appreciated

afaik it is game dependant . Eg- you can run forza on 3 separate systems connected to 3 different monitors  and have them act as one

you can do it in forza,but not with any other games,I don't see it becoming popular because of the fact that you need multiple consoles,I think consoles should start supporting multipl monitors...
