Shell Replacement
« on: August 24, 2009, 07:47:00 PM »
My DS shell is covered in scratches and I was going to replace it. I need to know if this is noob friendly. I know VERY little of the DS innards, and I'm worried, since I've failed at all prior mods (Broke PSP LCD while replacing buttons that turned out were manufactured too poorly to be usable, fried output on Wii Nunchuck while putting in a 5mm LED).

^Is this guide correct?
Would I just be better off hiring someone else to do it?

this seems pretty easy to do and shouldn't be too hard for you.  and yes that is a correct guide.
