Xbox 360 e68 error
« on: December 21, 2009, 12:11:06 AM »
ok i was at a friends house when he told me he had an error that always came up on his tv, it was e68, i told him to take his HDD out and wat do u kno it turned on.

so i took it to my house to see if i can fix it. i tried jumping it (bridged the two wires on the right), no luck. i tried updating it with my old xbox 360, still no luck. hooked it up to my pc, wouldnt even read it.

but one thing i did notice is that when its plugged into an xbox it makes a spinning noise then stops...spinning noise then stops...spinning noise then stops...and it keeps doing that same thing so idk if its a faulty drive or what but i would love to get it fixed cause i really need the money.

anybody who can help me figure out if this drive is dead, thx.

i think he's on about his hard drive not disc drive. you cant just swoop the pcb in a hard drive.......    he said there nothing wrong with the console it works when the hard drive is not connected.........

Sigs made by Ken and blazin from the AM Art team cheers guys.....
