i need help replacing a wire?
« on: March 22, 2010, 06:48:50 PM »
Hi i have a question,
my power wire was cut half way , cant find the half that goes connected to the wall,
how would i replace it just at the cut for right now, if i wanted to replace all of it it would be some work to take it apart,
on and another thing,
how would i know which is positive, and negative, would it matter if i just connected any wire too it

Go to home depot and pick up a spare Plug Connector, they are a few dollars.

The one's that i recommend are called non-polarized type A plugs.

They are easy to replace, just follow the instructions.

Positive and Negative doesn't matter, its AC; and AC electricity swaps positive and negative around sixty times per second.
