xbox360 no activity on rf other then xbox being on

ok.. i got two xbox one for a friend and another from a client. Both of which just bought a new xbox and gave me there hand-me-downs...both xbox has 3rrod...one of which was as simple to fix and got some results but the HANA chip isnt working so i get sound but no vid... i think i need to lay some flux and a new line of solder.. i already did the heatgun trick and it works... i can see bearly though one of the two way connection to the Tele

the other xbox wouldnt take the 3rrod fix and gave me an error code of 0022..did some research and found the heatgun trick.. did it twice finally got it to work after warming up the whole board for 10seconds on low(700 ferien) and then doing a consitrate burst (1200 ferien) over the GPU/CPU/HANA and it stoped the 3rrod and error code 0022....But now there is no activity.... it turns on... but no sign on the rF that it is resonding and booting.... I replaced the rF with the other xbox rF and still the same.... so i know its not an issue with the rF

i googled the issue and went to some xbox360 forum...No one knows anything and are somewhat confused... another guy told me to hit the HANA with a heat burst and it should do the trick... another person said to hit the RAM with a burst and it should work.... IDK ..... i have spend two whole days back and forth with the 3rrod and the heatgun trick...

i hope someone has a responds to what happened and how i can fix the issue

This is possibly end of the line.

When you start the xbox doy ou have all the cables plugged in? If you don't, I know on HDMI consoles that there's will be no activity other than the power led being on. If it's a Xenon, it should show 4 lights when unplugged. If the cables are plugged in and no activity, it means the ANA chips still needs abit more reflowing.

Yeah, and there's no such thing as a NANA chip. It's the HANA/ANA.

yeh all the cable are connected.And its one of the new xbox with HDMI connection.Idk if its an Xenon. Ok i checked its not..Btw I dont use HDMI  i still have an old 32 inch 1980 Tele box

Ill go ahead and do the heatgun method on the Hana chip

i just did the heatgun trick over the HANA and now the power box is red with no power going to the board...in check i see there are little balls of oversolder around the edge of the HANA chip and its off ... ill retry and try to align the chip.. idk how it moved.. might have been when i was heating it up on high the hotair might have moved it over

yeh, over heated around the area, i forgot how much pressure those sucker has... issue being there long cap capacitor... tall.... i only have short ones off a short radio... will it matter.. their both 16v 100uf capacitor

As long as you're replacing it with the same rated specs, it doesn't matter.

ok awesome, in working on something else, taking a breather away from the xbox

well its been a few weeks and the xbox mobo is starting to take space on my shelves... its time i started working on them... i went ahead and bought two 100uf 35v.... since the onces i needed were 100uf 12v it wouldnt hurt if i used 35v..right?
