Digital Volume Control
« on: February 04, 2010, 03:23:50 PM »
I am starting a 200 Watt High power digital amplifier with two push buttons that control the master volume. Soon coming out with a personal pocket version thats only 20 watts. the push buttons control the volume up and the volume down. This project will not use a PIC. I have yet to draw the schematic and post pictures.

:bump

everything's still in beta testing and i have killed a few 386 OP AMPS on the process.

I need to do a bit more math before the MOSFET Power amplifier transistors come into the picture.

The MOSFETS aren't cheap almost $26.00 per transistor. Especially the Audio DMOS type.

I killed a Transistor and melted a breadboard today after testing.

this is really, ummm whats the words: Insubordinate and not cool.
