speaker replacement help

This is my first post(woot) and well my friend needs some help he has a psp 2000 that has blown speakers.

My friend said he wants a touch bigger speakers and he still wants to use UMD's and he does not want to cut the case at all is it possible?

If so please post a tut and where to get some bigger speakers.

well you could try taking them out of headphones, small computor speakers, or ipod docks....  or buy them online

My friend said he wanted internal speakers and I forgot to put that in the original post and sorry about that.

and he has good spare headphones and he does not use them so we will just take those speakers and I just want to know how to install them.

on the slim right under the speakers there are open copper contacts.
Just solder the positive lead from the speaker to the positive contact on the motherboard. Then solder the negative lead from the speaker to the negative contact.

here's a tut for how to install a 40mm speaker without removing the UMD drive.
