LED Two Tone EffectNOTE: This is NOT one of those 'secret' projects i was talking about, This was something spurgurgle came up with and i just coded it and then we decided to brand it and release for other members.Information:Name:

PIC12F683Description:
Two tone LED effect.. SEE VIDEOS! Simply controls 2 OUTPUT pins depending on the state of 4 INPUT pins.
Credit:t0pP8uZz - entire development
spurgurgle - was originally his idea, and credit for beta testing!
Current Features:Simple two tone effect.. 2 output lines.. 4 inputs
Suggestions welcome..User Videos / DemostrationSchematic/Diagram:CG/CG2 Wireless ControllerMatrix Wireless ControllerPIN Information FOR CG/CG2 Controllers:Basically theres 2 output lines. These are for lighting the LED's you install.
LINE1(PIN 7) Turns on if player 1 or player 4 led is on.
LINE2(PIN 6) Turns on if player 2 or player 3 led is on.
Connect player 1 led to pin 2. + side
Connect player 2 led to pin 3. + side
Connect player 3 led to pin 4. + side
Connect player 4 led to pin 5. + side
On the CG controllers every pin that connects to a ROL led needs a pull-down resistor. So connect 10k resistor to pin 2,3,4,5 then connect each one to GND or PIN 8.
SEE DIAGRAMS ABOVEPIN Information FOR MATRIX Controllers:LINE1(PIN 7) Turns on if player 1 or player 4 led is on.
LINE2(PIN 6) Turns on if player 2 or player 3 led is on.
Connect player 1 led to pin 2. - side
Connect player 2 led to pin 3. - side
Connect player 3 led to pin 4. - side
Connect player 4 led to pin 5. - side
On the matrix controller only PIN 4 needs a pull-up resistor. So make sure you connect a 10k resistor from pin1 to pin4.
With the matrix controller, NPN transistors are best to be used, You can try without them by connecting the LED directly to the outputs on the PIC, but if you want to run alot of LED's and good brightness then use the NPN's.
NOTE: If you followed the diagram for matrix above, And the LED's arent turning on, Please put a 500-5k Ohm resistor on the BASE(B) of the transistor to the OUTPUT pins. High resistors will result in a dimmer LED.
