quick led swap question

im about to swap the 4 smd leds in my sixaxis controllers but i need to know which point is positive and ground.  ive been looking around for anything about the points for a sixaxis controllers but couldn't find anything.  im not sure if the points are the same like dualshock 3 controllers since i read that there were many different versions of the mobo.  i have the one with the led5 points on the mobo if that helps anyone.

You say an led swap for 4 leds, so im assuming you are talking about the indicator lights. If so then all you need is a multimeter to tell you what contact it possitive and what contact is negative. It is a really simple job. Let me know if I need to clarify on this.

i got it to work. i found a diagram of the DS3 controllers and its the same direction as those
