Refurbishing 360
« on: May 04, 2010, 09:24:54 PM »
Long story, bought a slightly broken 360 for $30, but its kinda broken. Minor things, like the usb in the back is bent a bit (still works), the case is cracked. Big problem (not for jtag): DVD/Disk Drive wont open, its stuck open, so I took it apart and it looks like the gears are messed up.

I read about replacing disk drives and it looks difficult. Could I fix it? I heard I should spoof it.

The dash is 8955, is there any way I can get this to a Jtag?
