psp slim charging but not turn on

Please help me what to do.
My psp slim 2001 5.03 after hen2 was restarted i don't go to cfw enabler instead upgrade it to gen-c, after ugrade it turn off then, i can't turn it on instead greenlight only, but charging the bat coz i try it to other psp slim, check first the % of the charge it say 36% on other psp, then charge it to my psp 2001 5.03 after several minute check it to other psp slim and it says 98% means the psp slim 2001 is charging.... try it to pandora but no luck just green light only nothing happen..

please help me what to do to this psp of mine

ok let me get this right when you turn on you can see the greenlight but no image but it charges right? post a video it can help us
