Question about LED modding
« on: June 20, 2010, 03:11:18 PM »
I am planning on doing a Full LED lighting mod on my PSP 2000. and I was wondering if it is possible to simply daisy-chain all the LEDs together, or if I will need a separate +,-, and ground for each. The idea is to install four LEDs, all chained on one circuit. (one for each shoulder button, and one each for the center of the D-pad and button cluster, so it shines in the edges of all the buttons) and if the chained circuit is not possible, can you present a viable solution?

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't recommend it. Basicly, if you did that the leds would fade futher down the chain you go as the power is not shared equiliy. Try a parallel circuit like this.
