PSP Phat Paintjob (could have been better)
« on: August 22, 2010, 09:13:43 AM »
Some of the paint peeled off when I took the tape off of the screen, if anyone has any pointers on different tape or something to do to help get a better outcome with the screen then please let me know.

so i see that im not the only one starting to spray paint psp around here  im not sure what steps you use to paint or did you just take apart and painted? not bad did you gonna have to sand around the screen and than repainted. but to tell ya the truth i go thru several steps when i paint my psp"s :victory: i use about 3 diferent sand papers and very good quality paint!! :yess: and there is also one secret step is the last one is like a cooking process which im planning on posting in the future, this step makes the paint very hard and strong and it prevents the psp from easily scrappng!!

That was actually someone's PSP I painted for them, and it was the first one I did so next one I do I'll be sure to do it more "professionally" and put more thought into it. I just took it apart, taped the screen with some masking tape and painted away lol. You did a killer job at making sure you didn't get any paint on the screen lobo, I actually tried to get a hold of you before I painted but you never responded so I said screw it and jumped into it.
