TRS stereo Audio jack questions

Hi modders,

Im a bit confused abouth this jack,
I have maybe a stupid question to answer..

Is that possible if i want to connect psp's 2 audio output cables to female TRS?

It seems possible, since i dont understand much about TRS..

Help much appreciated  :beg: :beg:

To simply answer your question, yeah its possible. Radioshack sells that kind of stuff.

TRS connectors also known as 'Tip, Ring, and Sleeve connectors'.

TRS connectors are always male. Ipod's, PSP's, MP3 players, or even radios have female connectors to hook your male TRS device to it.

You're just going to have to figure out which part of the connector is left and right audio and which is common/ground.
