Thanks Hyper,
Thats the board I meant. This PCB has been around for 4 months now. WHile alot of people have dismissed it as just the return of the original Matrix, I have 2 major concerns why it is different:
The 2V switched source is gone. While everyone just wires it up so it wont turn off, or say you can just use an opto to turn it off, my concern is that the opensource design counted on the fact that the chip was powered by 2V. This new one only has a 3V source. This is why people have mixed results when using the old codes (and have RF shooting all the time).
The second concern is that the A and B buttons are not matrixed like the old controller. I really want to see how this works.
I dont have time to play console games, not do I market this stuff either. I have 2 old matrix and 2 version 1 CG controllers that have opensource mods in them. I dont really want to waste alot of money by chancing on a purchase, so I was wonering if anyone knew for certain about this PCB always being in like the silver controller, etc. From the sounds of all of the mods shops, they make it sound like this PCB is everywhere (because apparently they dont want it).
Its not a big deal, I am just looking for more information. I can always post a WTB in a few forums to get a M2 anyway.
