Help With A PS3 Controller Mod Idea

Hello,

         I am new to this forum & my name is Brandon. The disability I have is Becker Muscular Dystrophy & I have some problems using a PS3 controller. Because of the lack of strength in my fingers & hands, I am not able to hold the controller normally. Also my fingers & hands are drawn up which makes it even more difficult. The idea that I have is moving the left analog stick to the far left side of it & move the right stick further down. I know that the sticks would be on the outside of the controller but it would make them easier for me to reach. Also have a problem with the thumb clicks (L3 & R3) shoulder buttons are also an issue for me. Also I would need 6 relocated buttons that are reprogrammable & have a toggle feature. I play a lot of FPS games & I don't plan on having to stop playing them. I will be very thankful if there is some on here that can help me. Thank you!

Hey man, I've been working on an arcade stick build , would you be interested in something like a fight stick , but with analogs?

Hi fellow gamers I've been doing some xbox 360 controller modding myself. The thing is I have Muscular Dystrophy and I went 2 years without playing video games. One day I decided that I would learn how to take apart and completely rebuild the 360 controller. I was successful in doing so, infact its currently being used by me to play shooters almost exclusively. In my current design the original controller case has been completely removed. Every button has been positioned to bored tailored to my hand positioning.

I'd love to try to help you come up with a solution to your problems. Please let me know if your interested and I will show you some pics my controller and we can exchange ideas and possibly get something made.
