controller lights and fan help

Hey guys I ended up choosing some pc case lazer lights for my controller mod, I also have a 80mm fan. I wondering if the controller will be able to power everything as pc's run on 12v. Does anyone know if case fans require 12v? Also do I set them to power on with the controller?

the controller is 5v so no it wont power them. the fan is variable so it may turn slowly

Yea I figured the fan would spin somewhat, may add power supply of some sort. Yea Luigus, but I'm not using the controllers shell.
