The inside liner is going to be foam and gore-tex for padding. The rim around the neck will have a latex tubing bladder held with SiliconeRubber-impregnated carbon fiber wrapped with gore-tex. I will pump air into the latex bladder so the helmet fits tight around my head to keep it from moving when i'm playing paintball/airsoft.
The two side holes are air intake holes for centrifuge fans in a laptop (brand new, obviously cuz that would be gross breathing in old computer dust lol). Then I will have 2 air vent holes in the back, same types of fans but they will be vertically facing at a higher RPM.
I am going to upgrade the visor from a silver-painted lexan sheet to a purple motorcycle helmet replacement visor.
lastly I have a bluetooth microphone I would like to use in it however I need to figure out how to interface the mic with some kind of controller to convert the signals to pure analog to use with a walkie-talkie. Arduino sells bluetooth kits; I will probably use one of those.
I think blue will be my color of choice... like ultramarine blue or phthalo blue. What do you think?
