Soo any chance of fixing broken trigger buttons?
« on: September 15, 2010, 02:00:49 AM »
Hey guys,

I'm not much of a modder, but I decided to buy those XCM Clear Shell cases in Green for my DSi.  I have taken stuff apart before, so I felt pretty O.K. with this...

Well, it works...
But the L and R trigger buttons don't work...at all.  :sadno:

Is there any chance I can fix them?  When I click them both, nothing happens on screen.

Also...

My top screen works...for now.  But after a few minutes of playing the DSi, little horizontal lines appear on the screen... I'm thinking I messed up one of the ribbon cables too?

Aah help me if you can....

Thanks.

i rekon your problem is that the ribbon connection the shoulder and SD card on the back of the case isnt fully inserted into the motherboard it really needs to be pushed in seeing as its both of them i would bet the SD wont work either if thats the case just open it up and push the connector in some more or make sure its in and you should be sorted :)
