Spybot Search and Destroy

Thought I would make a thread for this VERY wonderful application that can keep your computer safe and ad-ware/virus free.  Install it, run it, backup your registry, immunize IE, and actively scan.  Best part is, it's free!  So just download and install it.

Btw, it should get rid of that MSN file virus sender thing as well....

i had this on my pc at one point it completely distroyed the operating system and every now and again would decide to open about 100 internet explorer windows and i know it was this becuase it said you can stop this happening to your pc vby buying the full version of the program

Spybot doesn't have a version that you purchase, they only ask fo donations, you're confusing it with another software, and I've been using it for over 2 years and no problems, It will never destroy your OS

Its a good program,but personally I like NOD32 better, and freeware Ad Aware

most anti spyware software ive owned, has done nothing towards its purpose the best software is yourself and some knowledge.
