psp power problem
« on: December 18, 2007, 02:16:53 PM »
after recieving my clear case i managed to fit it all together (yes i know how to disassemble lol) and then after putting the lcd cage and screen on i noticed it didnt turn on. did have charger and battery plugged in. i opened it up took out the powerboard but left it connected to the ribbon and it worked! place it back in its placed and didnt work. im guessing theres too much pressure on the ribbon. btw the ribbon in slighty faulty as my leds dont come on but i soldered to 5v point and now they do work.

any help appreciated

thanks

maybe try like sanding or sumthing to make more room, or put a pad down were the cable goes
